"Glisten" Villa Details

"Glisten" is a luxury 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home in the up market Lake Berkley Resort - the ideal location for your Dream Vacation in Florida.

The home features 2 Master bedrooms with King-size beds, huge walk-in closets, TV's and his and hers vanity units both with fitted hairdryers.

The large fully equipped Kitchen is open plan adjacent to the family room and has everything you need such as Refrigerator, Freezer with Ice Maker, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster along with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery you may need. Also you will find an informal dining Island, overlooking the pool deck, ideal for a quick snack or perhaps for breakfasts. There is also a utility room with Washer and Dryer.







The luxurious family room has upgraded furniture, overlooks the pool area and is a great room to socialize or just chill out and watch the fantastic 50 inch plasma TV while sitting comfortably in one of the sumptuous sofas or chairs. What better way to unwind after a busy day at the theme parks!








The home also has a separate lounge area which is home to the CD player and Ipod docking station (bring your own music) for those of you who like to chill out to music or a good book while enjoying a glass of chilled wine or a cold beer.





A formal dining room adjoins the lounge.









A Master en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor, overlooks the pool deck and has a sumptous king size bed with pillow top matress. There is also a ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, night stands, alarm/clock/radio and flat screen cable TV with DVD player.

The bathroom suite has a walk in shower, Roman bath, twin corian vanity basins, fitted hair dryer and WC




The second Master suite is on the upper floor of the villa and has Queen size bed with pillow top mattress, ceiling fan, night stands, walk in wardrobe, cable Flatscreen TV with DVD player and alarm/clock/radio

The ensuite bathroom has bath with shower over, twin vanity basins fitted hair dryer and WC






Bedroom 3 is also on the upper floor and has a Queen size bed with pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a ceiling fan, night stands, wardrobe, cable TV with video player and alarm/clock/radio

Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed therefore sleeps 3, all beds have pillow top mattress ensuring a great sleep, this bedroom also had a dresser and wardrobe, nightstands flat screen tv and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds with pillow top mattress, night stand, wardrobe and additional drawer chest, flat screen TV with dvd, ceiling fan

Bedroom 6 is also on the upper floor and has a Double bed with pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a ceiling fan, night stands, wardrobe, alarm/clock/radio

Bedroom 7 has a Kingsize bed with pillow top mattress for your comfort, ceiling fan, nightstands, dresser and fitted wardrobe, Flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD, alarm/clock/radio

The fully equipped games room is an ideal place for the young and young at heart to have some fun. It has a pool table, foosball table, large Flat screen TV, Wii games consul, play station 2, a selection of board games, fishing rods, tennis rackets and a toy box with a large selection of toys

In addition we provide a Highchair, 2 strollers, infants walker and pack and play crib with bedding.


Our south west facing pool ensures sun all day right to sunset. The extended deck is spacious with ample seating for all. There are two pool side tables ideal for dining "al fresco" should you wish to. Perhaps you would like to relax in the spa and watch the sun go down, it's all there for your enjoyment. A safety fence is provided for your peace of mind should you have small children.
