Rates are displayed in USD and include taxes The rental rates for the villa change throughout the year. To find out the rate for a specific date see the availability calendar above. Roll your mouse pointer over the dates in the calendar and you will see the rate displayed in orange at the top of the page. The rate is displayed in US Dollars. You can convert to your preferred currency using the converter below. Early booking Discounts 5% off if booking 12 months before arrival. 10% 0ff if 18 months before arrival are automatically given through the booking system. Please note - the Rates INCLUDE TAX Deposit Deposit is 20% of rental rate. Security Deposit is $500 and is refundable subject to home inspection. Other Charges Stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to $140 departure clean charge. Pool Heat $35 per day (recommended between Oct - Apr) Daily Maid Service can be provided if required $85 per day Pool Safety Fence $25 per booking Currency Converter |
